• Account data — your name and email address when you sign in via Google OAuth.
• Usage data — search queries, outreach campaigns, and feature interactions, used to improve the product.
• Contact database — Elorae maintains a database of publicly available B2B contact and company information to power search results. We do not sell this data to third parties.
• Email integration — if you connect Gmail, we access only the permissions needed to send outreach emails on your behalf. We do not read your inbox or store email content beyond what is needed to track delivery status.

How We Use Your Data

• To operate and improve the Elorae platform.
• To send outreach emails through your connected Gmail account.
• To track email delivery and reply status so you can manage follow-ups.
• To detect abuse and enforce our terms of service.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate data agreements: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Google (OAuth and Gmail API), and Stripe (billing).

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us. Outreach history is retained to support reply tracking and follow-up workflows; it is deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only essential session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
